Our Sourdough Loaf is made from just four essential ingredients: organic fresh-milled flour, natural levain (wild yeast), filtered water, and sea salt. That’s it. No shortcuts, no commercial yeast—just time, tradition, and trusted ingredients.
Each loaf is naturally leavened over a 36-hour fermentation process, allowing the flavor to develop slowly and the nutrients to become more bioavailable. The result is a crusty, golden exterior with a soft, springy interior that’s easy to digest and full of complex flavor.

Restock Info:
We bake weekly. Orders open Sunday through Thursday or until we sell out. Loaves are baked fresh Friday and delivered or available for pickup Saturday morning.

Storage Tips:
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer freshness. Best enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted.
